THE STORY OF SIM CARDS–CONVICTION IN ONE…ACQUITTAL IN ANOTHER!

We are being told that Mecca Masjid Blast case broke down as witnesses turned hostile. Case files went missing.

A red shirt recovered from the scene by the Police never reached the NIA…

But the botch-up by investigative agencies is just one part of the story.

WHAT ABOUT THE SIM CARDS?

Devendra Gupta, a RSS Pracharak, was CONVICTED last year by a NIA Court in the Ajmer Dargah blast case.

Gupta had purchased 11 SIM cards, which were used, as per NIA chargesheet, in BOTH Ajmer and Mecca Masjid blast.

Gupta was the link between various blasts orchestrated by anti-Sanatani, Hindutva groups in 2007.

DEVENDRA GUPTA WAS CONVICTED IN AJMER BLASTS ON THE BASIS OF SIM CARDS WHICH NIA ESTABLISHED GUPTA USED IN TRIGGERING EXPLOSIONS!

BUT THE SAME SIM CARDS WERE NOT ACCEPTED AS EVIDENCE IN THE MECCA MASJID BLASTS! DEVENDRA GUPTA WAS LET OFF THE HOOK! ACQUITTED!
